chenonsolo consentedi regolare l’altezzadei baulimaan-
che di creare da subito il baule stesso riducendo il quanti-
tativo di materiale accumulato. L’ausilio dei vibratori elet-
trici a 12 V su ogni pannello baulatore rende il baule più
compatto,mentre lapiastra che leviga il terrenoèanche re-
golabilesecondo la tipologiadel terreno. Viper, Fighter,Rai-
der eCaimandifferisconopermisure,potenzaal trattore ri-
chiesta e profondità di lavoro. Il modello Viper è disponibi-
le in misure dai 2,7 ai 4,2metri e per potenze dai 90 ai
150 cavalli. Il modello Fighter è disponibile in misure dai
3,2ai 4,7metri eper potenzedai 110ai 200 cavalli. Il mo-
dello Raider parte da 3,7 e arriva a 5,7metri per potenze
da130ai 300 cavalli. Ilmodellopiù grandeè il Caiman che
parteda4,2metri finoadarrivareai 7,7metri, conunapo-
tenza minima richiesta di 180 cavalli fino ad un massimo
di 400 cavalli. Il modello Viper opera con una profondità di
lavoro di 25 cm, mentre Fighter, Raider e Caiman raggiun-
gono i 28 cm. La struttura dellemacchine Valentini è inol-
tre concepitasecondo lenormeantinfortunistiche: lastrut-
tura chiusa e resistente evita i rischi di infortuni ed impe-
disce il diffondersi della polvere che si forma durante il la-
voro. Le macchine, infine, possono essere trasformate in
zappatrici tradizionali, invertendo la rotazione ed eliminan-
do la griglia posteriore.

alentini has come up with a new system for the ma-
nufacturer’s raised bed formingmachines for applica-
tion to theViper, Fighter,Raider andCaiman stonebu-
riermodels.
Thesemachines are designed for refining dense clayey ter-
rain and bury stones present in the soil. The stone buriers
built by the Padua company are equipped with the new sy-
stemwhich enables themachine to form raised beds in si-
zes for the operations requiredby their end-users.An essen-
tial feature of Valentini’s bed former is the use of a paralle-
logramwhich not only allows the height of the bed to be re-
gulated but also immediately creates the bed itself to redu-
ce the quantity of thematerials accumulated.Auxiliary 12V
electric vibrators mounted on each of the bed forming pa-
nels ensuremore compact beds and the coulters which lift
the soil can be regulated according to the type of terrain
workedon.TheViper,Fighter,Raider andCaimanbed formers
differ in size, tractor power requirementsanddepthsofwork.
The Viper is available in widths of 2.7 up to 4.2meters for
the power requirement of 90 to 150 Hp. The Fighter model
is built for widths of 3.2 to 4.7meters and power needed is
110 to 200Hp.
TheRaider size is3.7 to5.7meters for power at 130 to300
Hpand the largest is theCaimanwhichgoes from4.2 to7.7
metersand requiresaminimumof 180Hpup toamaximum
of 400.TheVipermodel works to thedepthof 25 cmand the
Fighter, Rader and Caiman can reach down to 28 cm deep.
The construction of these machines conforms to safety re-
gulations thanks toahighly resistant closed structure for the
preventionof accidentsand thedispersionof thedust raised
duringoperations.Thesebed formers canalsobe converted
to conventional rotary tillersby simply reversing rotationand
eliminating the rear screen.
