l Landini 7-215 taglia il traguardodelle130ore, tra gli al-
beri fitti dell’appennino toscano, alle tre del pomeriggio
di sabato11 ottobre. Centra così l’obiettivo del “Landini
130 ore Endurance”, la sfida di resistenza organizzata per
celebrare l’anniversario di unmarchio nato nel 1884, che
rappresenta un pezzo di storia dellameccanizzazione agri-
colaeunadelleeccellenze tecnologichedel “made in Italy”.
Un circuitosterrato, consalite ,discese ripidee curvea go-
mito, disegnato all’interno delle tenuta Il Ciocco in località
Barga (provincia di Lucca), da percorrere ininterrottamente
giornoenottenel silenziodel bosco,èstato il bancodi pro-
va del trattore Landini che ha proceduto nella sua marcia
per tanteorequanti sono gli anni dalla fondazionedelmar-
chio. Partitaall’albadi lunedì 6ottobre, lasfidaha coinvolto
75driver tra collaudatori, tecnici, giornalisti (provenienti da
tuttaEuropa),nonchépersonaggi delmondosportivo come
Gianluca Zambrotta, campione del mondo di calcio con la
nazionale italiana nel 2006 in Germania, e l’ex campione
del mondo Off-ShoreMaurizio Bulleri. La sfida è vinta non

he Landini 7-215 crosses the finish line of the 130
hours, between the dense trees of theTuscanAppen-
nines, at 3 pm on Saturday, October 11th. It reaches
thegoal of the “Landini 130hoursEndurance”, the challenge
of resistance organized to celebrate the anniversary of the
brand born in 1884, which represents a part of the history
of agriculturalmechanizationanda technological excellence
of “made in Italy”. A dirt track, with uphills, steep downhills
and elbows, designedwithin the estate Il Ciocco near Barga
(in theprovinceof Lucca), todrivearound-the-clock in the si-
lenceofwoods. Itwasa test-bed for theLandini tractor,which
proceeded for asmany hours as the number of years since
the foundation of the brand. Started at sunrise onMonday,
October 6th, the challenge involved 75 drivers formed by
testers, engineers, journalists (from all over Europe), as well
as sports personalities suchasGianlucaZambrotta, football
champion with the Italian national team in Germany 2006
and the former Off-Shore world championMaurizio Bulleri.
The challengewaswon,not onlybecauseeverythingwent off
smoothly, without any technical or mechanical problems –
the machine, a 6 cylinder monster with 212 hp and robot-
ized transmissionwith 40 gear ratios offered the best guar-
anteeof reliability –but alsobecause through this challenge
Landini has found way into the heart of all drivers and par-
ticipants to theevent.Silent andair-conditioned cabin, shock
absorbing system for cabin and seat, capable of absorbing
the harshness of the terrain, smooth and precise front-axle,
self-regulating system ensuring stability in all working condi-
tions: these are all the factors that even an unexperienced
