company and SameDeutz Fahr fromBergamo. The new tractors rep-
resent amajor expansion of the range withwhich the company from
Harsewinkel (city in north-westernGermany) aims to consolidate itself
in themediumpower segment,offering to themarkethighperformance
tools characterizedby advancedengineering solutions.
Stage III Bengineswith compliant highperformance.Both seriesare
poweredby ruggedFarmotionengines.For the threemodelsAtos200
(76,88,97horsepower),Claashasplanneda three-cylinder 2.9-litre,
while theAtos300 (88,102and109horsepower) arepoweredwith
themore robust 4-cylinder 3.8 liters. Common to the two engines is
both the recirculation system of the exhaust gas with external cool-
ing and the DOC catalyst, in line with the requirements of the emis-
sion legislation Stage IIIB (Tier 4i); the components of the exhaust
gas processing systemhavebeenpositionedunder theenginehood
so as not to impede the view from the cab.
