Fulchir Group and BCS join forces

On 16 September, the Friuli-based industrial group Fulchir announced its acquisition of a stake in BCS Spa. The agreement provides for the establishment of a new company (newco) which will lease the business unit, comprising the BCS, Ferrari, Pasquali and Mosa brands. The Group’s aim is to restart production as early as October, with all 430 employees transferring to the new company. The plan envisages a full recovery of employment by the start of 2028. A further sign of BCS’s revival is its participation in the upcoming edition of EIMA International. “The agreement we have just finalised,” commented Fabrizio Castoldi, chairman of BCS, “is the best possible outcome we could have hoped for the company and its workers, because it will not only enable us to relaunch our operations but also to begin production of important new products we have been working on.”
