T
he Tonutti Group has been at work in agricultural mech-
anization for more than 140 years to become one of the
historic trademarks in the field and is continuing to con-
solidate the manufacturer’s standing on the markets though
investments in planning innovative solutions for optimizing and
speeding up farming operations. With loyalty to this entrepre-
neurial philosophy, Tonutti, in Remanzacco, Udine, is coming to
EIMA International 2012 as a point of reference in the sector
with the presentation of the newest products in their ranges.
All these machines built for various operations share the Tonut-
ti quality and technological know-how which have earned for
them a welcome in Italy and abroad, especially in the United
States and Russia where the Friuli group exports much of its
production.
This is the case for three new mower-conditioners, the Atlas for
the front mower series, the Alcor for the trailed series, and the
Polaris for the Pendolari series. These machines, noteworthy
for their productivity, can be equipped with roller or flails con-
ditioners and are available in three work widths, 2.45, 2.85 and
3.2 meters. In the sector of hay tedders and rakes, the Libra
and Compass are making their debut as lightweight models, al-
so in price, but capable of making a great impact for their per-
formance in mountainous and foothills territories for which they
are built. Still in the tedders sector, Tonutti is completing the
company’s range with the new generation revolving Aries built
in work widths of 6.5, 7.7, and 8.8 meters suitable for the re-
quirements of a wide swath of end-users. For completing an-
other range, the manufacturer has come up with the variable
chamber round baler Vega 170 model for debut. The baler, a
company note said, was designed for ensuring great produc-
tivity and quality work.

Il gruppo Tonutti, uno dei marchi che hanno fatto la storia
della meccanizzazione agricola (è presente nel comparto
da oltre 140 anni), continua a consolidarsi sul mercato in-
vestendo nella progettazione di soluzioni innovative, finaliz-
zate ad ottimizzare e velocizzare le lavorazioni agricole. Fe-
dele a questa filosofia imprenditoriale, l’azienda di Reman-
zacco (Udine) si conferma come uno dei punti di riferimento
del settore anche a Eima International 2012 dove sono di
scena gli ultimi nati della ditta friulana. Macchine destinate
a impieghi diversi, quelle della gamma Tonutti, accomunate
da una qualità e da un “know how” tecnologico apprezzati tan-
to in Italia quanto nei Paesi esteri (vedi in particolare Stati
Uniti e Russia) dove l’azienda indirizza gran parte della pro-
pria produzione. Come nel caso delle tre nuove falciacondi-
zionatrici Atlas per la serie frontale, Alcor per la serie traina-
ta, e Polaris per la serie Pendolari – che, equipaggiate di con-
dizionatore a rulli o a flagelli e disponibili in tre diverse lar-
ghezze (2.45, 2,85 e 3,2 metri) si segnalano per il loro alto
rendimento produttivo. Nel segmento degli spandivoltafieno
e dei giroranghinatori fanno il loro esordio Libra e Compass,
due applicazioni “leggere” (anche nel prezzo) ma molto inci-
sive nelle prestazioni, pensate per impieghi in zone montane
e pedemontane. Restando nel comparto degli spandivolta-
fieno, Tonutti completa la gamma con la nuova generazione
di girelli Aries (con larghezze di lavoro da 6,5; 7,7 e 8,8 me-
tri): una linea di applicazioni professionali e versatili, adatti
alle esigenze di un’ampia fascia di utilizzatori. Completamento
di gamma, infine, per le rotopresse a camera variabile con l’e-
sordio del modello Vega 170, il cui profilo costruttivo – fa sa-
pere l’impresa friulana – è stato studiato per assicurare al-
l’operatore produttività e qualità nelle lavorazioni.
