New
versatile
and
efficient
road sweepers from
Bellon Mit

P
otenziamento di gamma per la padovana Bellon Mit. L’impresa vene-
ta ha infatti scelto la rassegna di Hannover per arricchire la propria of-
ferta di spazzatrici. Le prime ad esordire sono due modelli frontali per
trattori – TSPS 500 e TSPS 600 – destinati prevalentemente alla pulizia delle
sedi stradali dalla neve. Rispetto ad altri modelli firmati da Bellon Mit, TSPS
500 e TSPS 600 si distinguono per il diametro maggiorato della spazzola (600
mm) e l’uso di spazzole ad anelli che rendono più veloci le operazioni di so-
stituzione degli utensili stessi. Dotate di spazzolone realizzato
in
PPN per una
resa ottimale anche a temperature rigide e per una maggiore resistenza all’u-
sura, le due spazzatici della casa veneta sono state implementate con un si-
stema autolivellante grazie al quale la spazzola può muoversi in modo indi-
pendente dalla trattrice e quindi adattarsi al profilo della sede stradale. Re-
styling in arrivo, invece, per la spazzatrice MSP per motocoltivatori, sulla qua-
le l’impresa padovana ha rinnovato il raccoglitore, fabbricato con materie pla-
stiche ultraleggere ma resistenti. Il componente, che può essere applicato al
mezzo in modo tanto veloce quanto agevole, conferisce alla macchina una spic-
cata flessibilità d’uso. Infatti, a seconda delle lavorazioni, l’utilizzatore può de-
cidere se usare la spazzatrice senza il raccoglitore (inclinandola di 30°) per
pulire dalla neve viottoli o piazzali, oppure in combinazione con il raccoglitore
per raccogliere residui e detriti con un unico passaggio. Sempre nel segmen-
to delle spazzatrici è attesa all’esordio anche un’applicazione frontale – TSPK –
per trattori con potenza superiore ai 60 cavalli o per sollevatori telescopici. La
TSPK si presenta con un apparato oleodinamico completamente rinnovato, cui
è affidato il controllo sia del raccoglitore che dello spazzolone alimentato da
un’unica coppia di attacchi rapidi; con un sistema flottante che protegge la
spazzatrice dal peso del sollevatore e con un impianto di deumidificazione per
l’abbattimento delle polveri. Inoltre, sulla TSPK la Bellon Mit ha previsto, oltre
ad una spazzola laterale, la possibilità di applicare un raccoglitore a scarico
idraulico con due ruote pivottanti ad alta portata.

xtended production range for the Padua based Bellon Mit. The Veneto
company has chosen the Hanover exhibition to present its extended
offering of road sweepers. The first machines to make their debut are
the two front tractor-mounted models – TSPS 500 and TSPS 600 – which are
primarily designed for clearing snow from road surfaces. Compared to the
other models in the Bellon Mit range, the TSPS 500 and TSPS 600 are cha-
racterised by the increased brush diameter (600 mm) and the use of ring bru-
shes that allow faster tool replacement. Equipped with brushes with PPN bri-
stles for optimal efficiency even at low ambient temperatures and greater wear
resistance, the two sweepers manufactured by the north Italian firm feature
a self-levelling system that allows the brush to move independently from the
tractor so that it follows the profile of the road surface perfectly. In contrast,
the Padua-based company decided to restyle its MSP sweeper for two-wheel
tractors by giving it an updated dirt collector constructed of ultra-light but ex-
tremely durable plastic materials. This unit, which can be fitted to the machi-
ne quickly and easily, gives the basic machine a high level of operating flexi-
bility: depending on the nature of the job users can choose whether to use
the sweeper without the dirt collector (tilting it through 30°) to clear snow from
paths, driveways and courtyards, or in conjunction with the dirt collector to
pick up residues and debris in a single pass. Again in the sweepers segment,
the company intends to launch a frontal application – model TSPK – for trac-
tors with rated power in excess of 60 HP or for telescopic handlers. Model
TSPK is equipped with completely revised hydraulics controlling both the dirt
collector and the sweeper, supplied with oil by a single pair of quick couplers.
This model also features a floating system to protect the sweeper from the
weight of the tractor lift and a dehumidifier type dust capture system. In ad-
dition, Bellon Mit has equipped model TSPK with both a lateral brush and the
option to fit a dust collector with hydraulically controlled dumping and two hi-
gh load capacity swivelling wheels.
