IsoMatch InDemo
, a “simulator”
for
Kverneland
implements

T
ra le numerose novità di prodotto che la norvegese
Kverneland presenta ad Hannover, un posto di primo
piano merita IsoMatch InDemo, un dispositivo “high
tech” premiato dalla giuria Agritechnica 2013 con la me-
daglia d’argento. IsoMatch InDemo è una “cartuccia” di pic-
cole dimensioni (misura appena 15 centimetri) con attacco
Isobus integrato, che simula il lavoro delle attrezzature Kver-
neland in combinazione con qualsiasi tipo di trattore pur-
ché a tecnologia Isobus. L’interfaccia dell’operatore sulle
attrezzature viene visualizzata attraverso il versatile termi-
nale IsoMatch Tellus con il quale è possibile accedere an-
che a molte altre funzioni. In altri termini, il dispositivo mo-
stra il funzionamento delle applicazioni Kverneland senza
doverle realmente collegare alla trattrice, come accadreb-
be invece nel caso in cui si dovesse procedere con le pro-
ve in campo. Pertanto, il dispositivo progettato dalla casa
norvegese risulta estremamente vantaggioso non solo per
i costruttori e i dealer di macchine agricole, che possono
fornire ai loro clienti – in modo pressoché istantaneo – una
proiezione realistica sull’operatività dell’applicazione, ma
per gli stessi utilizzatori finali. Per i quali la tecnologia Iso-
Match InDemo, oltre ad essere garanzia di trasparenza in
merito alla compatibilità fra motrice e attrezzatura, rappre-
senta un canale di accesso privilegiato a tutte le informa-
zioni che descrivono il modo in cui l’attrezzatura andrà a la-
vorare una volta posta sul terreno. Insomma, il sofisticato
dispositivo presentato da Kverneland ad Hannover è uno
strumento predittivo affidabile, che promette di rendere an-
cora più agevole e immediato il modo di fare agricoltura.

mong the many new products that the Norwegian com-
pany Kverneland is exhibiting in Hanover a centre
stage role must be reserved for IsoMatch InDemo, a
high-tech device recognised by the Agritechnica 2013 panel
of judges with a silver medal. IsoMatch InDemo is a compact
“cartridge” (just 15 centimetres) with an integral Isobus sock-
et that simulates the operation of Kverneland implements in
combination with any type of tractor, providing it is equipped
with Isobus technology.
The operator interface on the implement is displayed on the
versatile IsoMatch Tellus terminal, which provides access al-
so to a host of additional functions.
In other words, the device displays the operation of Kver-
neland implements without having to actually couple them
to the tractor, as would otherwise be necessary for con-
ventional field tests. It follows that the device designed by
the Norwegian company is an invaluable resource, not on-
ly for agricultural machinery manufacturers and dealers,
who can provide their customers – almost instantaneously
– with a realistic projection of the operating capabilities of
the application, but also for end users, for whom IsoMatch
InDemo technology provides a guarantee of transparency
regarding compatibility between tractor and implement while
also offering ready access to all the information required to
understand how the implement will function once it is en-
gaged with the soil. In short, the sophisticated device pre-
sented at Hanover by Kverneland is a reliable predictive tool
designed to make modern agricultural practice simpler and
more immediate.
