Massey Ferguson announced in May the expansion of the MF 3700 AL ALPINE series with the introduction of three new 75, 85 and 95 horsepower tractors, specifically designed to combine stability and comfort particularly suitable for working on mountainous and hilly terrain.

All MF 3700 AL models are equipped with a large standard cab, flat or tunnel, which can reduce the overall height to less than 2.44 metres.

Thanks to their compact size, these tractors are ideal for work with the loader and on livestock farms. At the same time, the tractor has a light and compact frame that makes it ideal for a wide range of jobs, from haymaking to field operations for sowing, treatments and spraying.

The operators will find a comfortable driving position, with the air suspension seat in addition to the many available options, such as air conditioning, USB port, DAB/Bluetooth radio, automatic heating, and electronic mirror adjustment. All models are equipped with the Massey Ferguson PowerShuttle 24/12 transmission, which comes with SpeedShift, a two-speed PowerShift. This allows a simple operation of eight gearboxes without clutch in each of the three ranges, using the buttons on the gear lever. Complete control of the transmission and hydraulics is also provided by the exclusive multi-function joystick.

“These new tractors are another important step in Massey Ferguson’s full-line strategy - said Francesco Quaranta, Vice President Sales of the manufacturer - our focus on the sector below 130 hp continues with the launch of the Global Series from 75 to 130 hp in 2014 and following the introduction of the MF 3700 series in 2017. Today, with the launch of MF 3700 AL ALPINE tractors, we are further expanding the choices in this sector, to achieve our goal of offering the right product for every application, ensuring that the needs of our customers are at the centre of everything we do”.
