RoboCOMPACT: safety and precision in the most difficult green areas
The new RoboCOMPACT radio-controlled tool carrier made its debut at the Fieragricola trade fair in Verona. The vehicle produced by Energreen was designed by the Vicenza-based company's technicians – headquartered in Poiana Maggiore – for the professional maintenance of green areas in areas with steep slopes that put traditional vehicles to the test, such as embankments, riverbanks, roadsides, and mountainous areas. The latest addition to the Energreen range is powered by a 25 Hp Kubota diesel engine, and despite being the smallest model in terms of size - 160 centimeters long and just over 1 meter wide - and power, it stands out for its high-level performance. Its compact design and optimized center of gravity allow the new model to operate with the lowest possible ground pressure, also thanks to its tracks with oscillating frames and sprockets that provide an optimal grip on slopes of up to 61°. The tool carrier is controlled by the operator by means of an AUTEC radio control, with a range of up to 150 metwrs and FHSS technology. This lets the operator work from a safe distance, proportionally controlling the progress, direction, steering, lift height and equipment capacity. Two large joysticks precisely control the robot's movements and the height of the cutting head. The simple and intuitive layout of the controls make it possible to start working immediately, while the ability to customize parameters such as speed and steering sensitivity allows the vehicle to fit the specific needs of the operators. Finally, the RoboCOMPACT can be equipped with various attachments, from the Head 100 cutting head, to a Brush sweeper, a Rake or Bucket implement.
