MRS dumper, Tecnoagri focuses on safety and ergonomics

In the Tecnoagri exhibition spaces at EIMA International, the spotlight is aimed at the MRS bin dumper, one of the jewels of the Ravenna company, which Mondo Macchina previewed in last March’s issue.

Equipped with a clamping and double tightening system, which enables the dumping of different types of containers and bins while ensuring a firm and secure grip during handling, the MRS model finds its ideal application in the food industry (oil mills, cellars, canneries), where it ensures compliance with the strictest health and hygiene rules.

This is achieved because the automatic height adjustment for the loading and gradual unloading of the product prevents any possible contact between the contents of the bin and the mechanical or hydraulic components of the machine.

We should also mention that the strengths of the application designed and patented by Tecnoagri also include the quick-connect and quick-release device for the hydraulic connections.

This device allows the user to manage the clamping and tilting of the bins with a single control lever, thus optimizing the machine control procedures, especially in confined spaces. The MRS bin dumper also stands out for its marked operating versatility, since it can be applied to all types of lift trucks, forklift trucks, packaging lines, and operating machines.
