In a few months, from 1 January 2018, the so-called Mother Regulation will come into effect. It is the European regulation governing all the technical aspects of agricultural mechanization. Therefore, important news is expected by the agricultural machinery sector and by its manufacturers. It is on account of this deadline, that Adr, a company from Lombardia, specialized in the parts sector, developed the Teknoax project. It is a range of hollow shaft axes, obtained by hot plastic deformation.

This means that no main part of the axis structure has welds: this specific design gives it a strong resistance to mechanical stress. The cable body can also accommodate both the tire pressure control pipes, and the RFId traceability system, a smartphone-accessible device designed to record any event associated with the life of the axle, therefore of the vehicle. ADR’s hydraulic suspension program, integrates the Teknoax design with adaptive solutions for all kinds of agricultural machines. Compared to traditional suspensions, they distribute loads on wheels more evenly, improving braking and turning stability.

ADR starts its suspension line with the entry level, this is why the Company from Lombardia has called it First, a light and competitive leaf spring model with top-class performance.

Alpha, on the other hand, is the top of the line, a strong suspension designed for heavy duty applications, even able to replace the big bogies with absolute performance. Of course, Alpha is fully compatible with the electronic control systems.

For special demands, ADR has designed STT, the first multilink for agriculture and HydroEvo, the independent suspension, which fits all inside the vehicle chassis.
