The certified quality of Alliance 372 VF

The Alliance 372 VF tires earn their quality certification. It was awarded by an independent research from the Institut National de Recherche en Sciences et Technologies pour l'Environnement et l'Agriculture (IRSTEA), a French organization specializing in agricultural and environmental research. Four different parameters - fuel efficiency, traction, slippage on "soft" ground, footprint width - are the basis of the IRSTEA tests, which confirmed the main strength of the Alliance 372 VF, namely their ability to offer top performance level (in line with, if not higher than, their competition) at a truly competitive price. "As part of the transformation of the entire Alliance tyre portfolio from IF (Improved Flexion Tire technology, ed.) to VF (Very High Flexion Tire technology, ed.) - commented Gerrit Vinkers, Application Specialist Europe at Alliance Tire Group - our technicians aimed to add further features to improve ground protection and tire performance, and to reduce structural stresses". The structure and design of the Alliance 372 VF were redesigned in early 2019, with an optimized anti-stubble protection and special tread compounds for greater resistance to wear, cuts and tears. The innovations introduced by Alliance ensure structural stability and heat resistance during cyclic field operations (CFO), even at an inflation pressure of 0.8 bar. The top-of-the-range version of the tire features rounded shoulder cleats, a wider footprint, and a larger cleat angle for better ground protection and self-cleaning. These characteristics make the 372 VF model particularly suitable for tractors, combine harvesters, harvesters and slurry spreaders.
