Diggers are in the spotlight in the Selvatici exhibition spaces at Agritechnica, where the 150.95 series models are on display for the public of technicians and operators, with their own specific characteristics and their high performance. Characterized by a three-gear lever shifter and a working width between a minimum of 90 and a maximum of 250 cm, the diggers of the 150.95 line are valued for their top-quality construction materials, giving applications great durability over time, and for an optimal distribution of weights and dimensions that avoids unnecessary overloading of the tractor. But the real winning card of these machines is the highly beneficial procedure for working the soil, both from the point of view of soil productivity and burying process residues. In particular, the use of diggers in vineyards and orchards produces the best results especially after spring pruning, since it ensures optimum performance and a long life cycle over time. Digging - says the company from Bologna - is used mainly in organic farming or for integrated pest management systems, since, in addition to not creating any hardpan, it improves the condition of the root system and divides the ground into uniform sods, thus contributing to isolating weeds. At the stand of the company from San Lazzaro di Savena, we also found the Aeroking aerator, one of the flagship products of the Selvatici catalogue, and articulated drills of the 80 series special/3 with 50 centimetre vineyard auger. This range stands out for its hydraulic lateral displacement of 130 centimetres (right and left), a controlled longitudinal inclination, a transverse inclination, and a motion inverter. These features make the 80 series applications ideal work tools for intervening on existing systems.
