Advanced electronics: Arag acquires Ynnova

Last October, the Arag Group announced the acquisition of Ynnova, a mechatronics engineering company specialized in the Industrial Internet of Things. The partnership, strengthened by the acquisition, aims to offer manufacturers of agricultural machinery a complete service, from the design of electronics to the offer of high added value cloud-based services. The more than 4,500 products in the Arag catalogue can now fully exploit the potential of IoT, having access to the cloud-based platform developed by Ynnova, IOT+, which stores and processes data, transforming information into knowledge, thanks to data analysis systems, predictive analysis, smart alerting and technical service management. “With Ynnova - declared Giovanni Montorsi, president of Arag - the ecosystem of companies belonging to Arag is now complete and able to meet any expressed and unexpressed needs of OEMs, to respond promptly and individually to each request, to offer cutting-edge solutions essential to being competitive on the market.
