verneland Group, an international manufacturer of a wide range of products for the primary activity from equipment to electronic solutions and digital services, celebrates 75 years of activity of Les Landes-Genusson, owned by the group, a company specialising in the production of equipment for working the land in the name of innovation and excellence.

The French company, whose headquarters are located in the Loire region, started from a small workshop and went on to produce equipment for the group it belongs to, Kubota and Great Plains. In detail: cultivators for stubble and seedbed preparation, disc harrows, subsoilers, equipment for strip-till and mechanical weeding.

Kverneland Les Landes-Genusson will merge this year with the BC Technique company, based in Arcy-Sur-Cure, in central-eastern France, acquired by the Kverneland Group last year and whose integration into the parent company was handled precisely from Les Landes-Genusson due to territorial and productive affinity. The new company - 130 employees and exports equal to 80% of production to, among others, Chile, New Zealand, Norway and South Africa - produces equipment for mechanical weeding such as inter-row cultivators, scab breakers and self-guided attack systems.

Thanks to this latest acquisition operation, Kverneland Group has further expanded its production range allowing the brand's resellers to have a complete portfolio of equipment to offer to farmers.

Guillaume Hulin, Managing Director of Kverneland Group Les Landes-Genusson said "we are incredibly proud to celebrate 75 years of innovation, collaboration and growth. Our success would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of our employees, partners and customers. As we reflect on our history, we also look to the future, where we will continue to drive agricultural progress through innovative solutions."
