Annovi Reverberi, high technology pumping systems

This is not the first time Annovi Reverberi takes part in Eima International, but in reality it’s almost as if it were. In fact, the 2018 edition of the Bologna show marks the debut of the partnership with Ace Pump Corporation, a Memphis company specialized in the production of centrifugal pumps for agriculture, which has recently been acquired by the historic Modenese brand. On the occasion of this important debut, Annovi Reverberi launches on the market the AR 75 LFP model, a semi-hydraulic three-diaphragm pump designed for use with aggressive chemicals under low pressure. It is a component designed with characteristics of durability that allow it to last over time in spite of the extreme conditions in which it is used. The parts in contact with liquids are made of reinforced Nylon, Kynar and AISI 316L steel, with Blueflex membranes and Viton seals. The casing, on the other hand, is die-cast with a sturdy oil-bath mechanism, the tank is made of plastic material (transparent for visual inspection). Among other technical features of the AR 75 LFP pump, we should mention the oil drain plug, the drain plugs on the ducts, the pistons with segment (so the “oil cushion” system for membrane protection is even more efficient ), the valves with a spherical profile that give lower resistance to the passage of the liquid and that improve the volumetric efficiency. And again: the sturdy feet fixed to the pump casing, the AISI 304 steel screws, the overpressure valve with reset and cardan protection. Another flagship of the Annovi Reverberi range is the modular membrane pump for low-pressure weeding (the flow rate is 300 l/min). It is equipped with two modules (although versions with 3, 4 or 5 modules are also available) with two membranes per module. The circuits are made of anodized aluminium, the membranes, the piston and the inner tube are made of Blueflex, while the valves are made of plastic. Finally, the parts in contact with the liquid are made of AISI 316 steel. The internal mechanics, however, are in an oil bath. The BHS 95 pump, with a capacity of 80 l/min and a maximum pressure of 50 bar, also features at Eima International; it is equipped with Blueflex membranes, a nylon connection for suction and a 3/4” GAS delivery connection. Finally, the BMC 50 model is a new control unit made of molded brass. It has a maximum flow rate of 200 l/min (the maximum pressure is 50 bar) and comes with a built-in pressure gauge, 2 or 4-way, and side knob for pressure compensation.
