Celli will present many new items at Agritechnica, including Elettra, the new solution that Celli has devised to prepare the ground for pineapple cultivation, to avoid using herbicides to eliminate pests and weeds. Elettra is based on a system with two integrated rotors: the former uproots the plants, while the latter is able to finely shred large quantities of material. Thus, in this way, in a single step, two different types of processing are obtained, allowing a considerable saving of time and resources. Furthermore, this combination of processes avoids the proliferation of many parasites. Elettra is the result of years of careful studies on this problem, and of field, tests carried out by Celli technicians in Costa Rica, in close collaboration with local institutions. Another solution patented by Celli, presented at Agritechnica, is specifically designed for the needs of land cultivated with hops. In Hanover, it will be possible to see, for the first time, the new version of the Ergon 120 milling machine, with a front roller (available in different widths to better adapt to the inter-row plantations of hops) to compact the turf before cutting to avoid resorting to chemical herbicides. Finally, Celli will unveil in the first preview at Agritechnica Evo, the “upgrade” project for the Super Tiger 360 P. This folding milling machine, born from the demands of the Australian and New Zealand markets, has been developed to work large extensions of land with high-powered tractors (450 Hp). For this reason, Evo  guarantees greater performance, thanks to numerous improvements in terms of geometry and structure, and the use of the latest generation materials. Moreover, always with a view to the modularity that distinguishes the latest Celli solutions, this milling machine can be equipped with a bed former power harrow. The Evo project will then also involve the folding harrows, which will undergo technical implementations that will improve performance.
