A recognised international name in tilling and related operations, Alpego from Gambellara near Vicenza in northern Italy is using Agritechnica 2013 for the debut of two new harrows.

The DmaX is designed for professionals and is derived from the efficient and smaller DX. The new entry's chassis is of the latest design and has a new support system for its rotors, the Twin Force.

For power units of up to 500 HP, the harrow will offer high performance in the whole range of working conditions, even when the going gets tough. The harrow is available with a working width of 7 or 8 meters, collapsed to only 2.5 meters for highway transport.

The RM is also a professional tool, this time a fixed harrow, completing the Alpego line. The debuting Twin Force system is also used here to give a particularly brilliant working speed, whether the device is used alone or as a combine with mechanical or pneumatic seed drills.

The RM comes in two versions with a working width of 3 and 3.5 meters, the latter called the RM Super thanks to some special features not available on the smaller model. The Super will be the harrow on show at Agritechnica.
