Hydreco Hydraulics Italia expands range of pumps

At EIMA International, Hydreco Hydraulics Italia will be presenting its integrated solutions for motion control, which include hydraulic joysticks and pedipulators, power units, electric/electronic joysticks and pedals, alongside CANbus protocol-based machine control systems and bankable valves and hydraulic cylinders. But the great novelty from Hydreco Hydraulics Italia for EIMA 2021 is the range of external gear pumps produced in the new production site of Parma, in addition to the historic site of Vignola, in the province of Modena.

Designed in synergy with the Duplomatic Group, of which Hydreco is part, the new pumps - sturdy and durable - are used in mobile applications, such as earth-moving machinery, construction equipment, agricultural, forestry and municipal machinery. The new series on show at Eima are marketed under the initials HY1 and HY2 (two other versions, one "low noise" and one with a cast iron body, both linked to Group 2, are currently in the development phase).  With the new series, Hydreco positions itself as a supplier of an entire range of external gear pumps with aluminium body and cast iron flange and cover, equipped and available in multiple configurations and with different types of flanges, connections for suction and delivery ports, and shafts.

"We started in the new Parma facility with the production of Group 2 pumps and are now starting production of Group 1 pumps. When fully operational," says Davide Vaccina, managing director of Hydreco Hydraulics Italia, "we will have three production lines in operation and we expect to complete the range at the beginning of 2022 with Group 3 pumps.” This investment is also accompanied by initiatives aimed at giving completeness and strength to other product lines, such as directional control valves, HIC blocks and joysticks.
