Littelfuse acquires Menber's

During the month of April, Littelfuse Inc completed the acquisition of Menber’s Spa (Legnago - VR), a company specializing in the design, production, and sale of manual and electric battery switches and connectors for commercial vehicle trailers. In 2015, the company ba­sed in Verona - which owns a production unit of 40,000 square metres, 10,000 of which covered, with about 160 employees - recorded a turnover of 21 million euros.
