Massey Ferguson revamps its Activa S and Beta lines
Massey Ferguson has announced the launch of the Next Edition, Activa S and Beta combines for the 2027 season. The Activa S model is a vehicle designed to work on medium to large-sized farms that often have to manage a wide variety of crops. The combines are equipped with an AGCO Power engine that delivers up to 306 hp. The cutting width is up to 7.6 meters, while the grain tank has a capacity of 8,600 liters. Massey Ferguson is offering two packages for the Activa S: the Comfort Pack and the Performance Pack. The first includes an in-cab refrigerator, additional work lights, a wide-angle rear-view mirror, a camera kit consisting of a screen and two external cameras and finally an MP3- and Bluetooth-compatible DAB radio. The second package includes a chaff spreader, electronic sieve adjustment with recovery volume monitoring and finally the MF Connect telemetry system (the latter comes with a five-year subscription).
MF Beta combine harvesters feature a practical and intuitive design with a mix of technology and functional solutions that are easy to use in the field. The Beta model is powered by an AGCO Power engine that can generate up to 360 Hp. Some of the main features of this combine include a cutting width of 7.6 meters and the grain bin capacity of between 8,600 and 9,000 liters.
In addition to the abundant standard equipment offering, the Beta Next Edition models also feature the Comfort and Performance packages. The Comfort package includes a LED headlight kit and additional lighting, which improve the driving experience even in adverse weather conditions. An additional camera is also provided to monitor the combine harvester's operating area. Initial orders for the 2027 Next Edition combine harvesters will be available starting in June, while the first deliveries are expected for the 2027 harvest season.
