Ortiflor's intelligent stone burier

The Ortiflor Group considers the stone burier a strategic machine in horticulture and agriculture in terms of both crop yield and environmental sustainability. The stone burier, in fact, is designed to work even on previously unworked land or under extreme conditions, optimizing soil care operations and significantly reducing time and effort. This particular type of machine is also a valuable ally in promoting sustainable horticultural and agricultural practices: the precision in working the soil limits the need for chemical interventions, encouraging the adoption of organic farming methods. In this scenario, Ortiflor Group is bringing innovative equipment to Agritechnica: the TSAP-R Intelligent ballast stone burier, with working widths ranging from 105 to 600 cm. The Paduan company points out that a raised system has been placed on the vehicle between the tip of the hoe and the hood which is not fixed but cushioned. This innovation makes it possible to handle a greater quantity of soil and simultaneously bury large stones up to a depth of 40 cm. Made of wear-resistant Hardox material, the new TSAP-R Intelligent model is equipped with a lateral gear transmission, available in single or double version depending on the working width, and special steel and shock-absorbing grid teeth to ensure reliability even under extreme conditions. The machine has a safety system capable of protecting the mechanical parts. The TSAP-R Intelligent requires power ranging from 110 to 400 Hp depending on use. In keeping with the company philosophy, the machine is modular and customizable with various optional features, including a localized fertilizer, hose spreader, mulcher, drilling wheels and hydraulic row markers.
