Five models powered by a rugged 4.4-litre four-cylinder AGCO Power Stage V engine in a power range from 95 to 135 horsepower. This is the new MF 5700 M series launched by Massey Ferguson at the Hanover event. As the manufacturer explains, these five models replace the MF 5700 and the MF 6700, confirming all the constructive advantages in terms of productivity and resistance. Among the new strengths of the latest born at Massey Ferguson, we must mention the innovative 12x12 gearbox and the advanced Dyna-4 transmission, with neutral shift through the brake pedal (the transmission is disengaged automatically) and with two-mode AutoDrive automatic transmission. The Dyna-4 transmission has 16 forward and 16 reverse speeds, plus four Powershift gears that can be engaged on four ranges, while the transition to neutral with the brake pedal is available as an option with the synchronized 12x12 mechanical gearbox. “The new MF 5700 M tractors - states the company with a technical note - are suitable for loader operations while offering top level performance also in the open field, thanks to automated functions that can reduce the operators’ workload and improve performance”. The 4-cylinder 4.4 litre AGCO Power comes with the sophisticated “All-in-One” system, which uses a low maintenance “soot catalyst” that can be activated on the user’s command. This is a beneficial solution because it does not require a separate diesel injection system or extra fuel but, on the contrary, significantly reduces fuel consumption. The new MF 5700 M also features a cab designed to offer an excellent view of the work area (it has large glass doors and curved windows) with an ergonomic layout that eases operations. The driver’s seat suspension system also improves comfort, available on MF 5700 M models with Dyna-4 transmission.
