Compact dimensions for new Manitou lifts

Manitou took the opportunity of EIMA 2022 to present, for the first time in Italy, the ultra-compact ULM telescopic handler. This model was designed by the French company's engineers for use in confined spaces. Its compact dimensions - 1.49 metres wide and 1.92 metres high - and its off-road capabilities make this machine particularly suitable for work in nurseries, riding stables as well as construction sites. Two models are available on the market, 412 and 415, with capacities of 1,250 kg and 1,500 kg and a lifting height of 4.30 metres. Both are equipped with a 35 hp and 1,642 cubic centimetres Yanmar 3TNV88C-DMU Stage V engine. They are easily transportable with a standard trailer as they remain under the 3,500 kilogramme weight limit. On the Manitou stand, visitors to the exhibition were also able to see different types of telehandlers dedicated to the agricultural market, such as the MLT 961, MLT 940, MLT 741, MLT 730 V CP and MLT 625 models, as well as the articulated MLA 533. Also on show in the Manitou premises was a wide range of forklifts, for agricultural and other uses, such as the MC 25-4, the MI 3 and the full electric ME 425C, as well as the GEHL R190 branded skid steer loader and the EP 15 LITHIUM lithium battery pallet truck.
