Advanced features, flexibility, and cloud-based control are the innovations that Emiliana Serbatoi is presenting at Agritechnica with its Emilcloud system, which will be available on the market in February 2026. Emilcloud is the newest evolution of the Emiltouch platform and integrates a hardware device with the cloud to monitor and manage fuel distribution. The heart of the system is a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen panel with 1024x600 resolution, which improves the accuracy and durability of the previous model. An intuitive interface handles all tank dispensing and monitoring operations. Among the most significant innovations introduced by Emiliana Serbatoi are the expandable system configuration, which can manage up to 18 probes and 9 flow meters, simultaneous multi-dispensing for up to six users and the possibility of connecting multiple dispensers to a single tank. These solutions are enough to meet the needs of even large-scale systems. The Emilcloud system also includes real-time backup to SD card for rapid data recovery in the event of panel replacement or failure, and operational continuity without downtime. On the security front, the platform designed by Emiliana Serbatoi provides multi-level authentication with differentiated roles (Admin, Editor, and Viewer) and automatic recording of all changes made to track operations. Access to the Emilcloud system and web portal via Wi-Fi, LAN, and 4G modem allows the user to view tank levels, consumption, withdrawals, and scheduled maintenance in real time. Users can also export reports to Excel, remotely manage physical and virtual tags, or deactivate or modify them “Over the air - OTA,” updating the device (such as smartphones, cars, and IoT devices) via a wireless connection without having to physically connect it to the system. Cloud integration makes it possible to manage multiple locations, construction sites, and cost centers, providing a unified and analytical view of fuel consumption. Operations are automatically synchronized between the panel and the portal every 5 minutes, while software and firmware updates are managed remotely using OTA technology.
