MONDIALE 110" COMBI ISOTRONIC round baler: advanced automation features
Maschio Gaspardo presents its new MONDIALE 110 COMBI ISOTRONIC combined round baler with ISOBUS communication system. This machine has been designed for users who need a round baler capable of working on hills and mountains and are looking for compactness, stability and efficiency, even with 70 horsepower tractors. Thanks to ISOBUS technology and automated operations, the new round baler from Maschio Gaspardo cuts, bales and wraps the crop in a single pass, reducing working times, soil compaction and fuel consumption, while ensuring high forage quality. The fixed chamber with a diameter of 110 cm and 17 rollers ensures maximum grip of the material, both green and wet, always maintaining constant rotation of the bale being formed. The specific design of the rollers, with an active conveying profile, optimizes product compaction and preserves its integrity. The large 180 cm pick-up with swath press roller and support wheels makes it possible to maintain an even flow even on irregular swaths, while the TOPCUT system with 10 77 mm knives offers a precise cut for optimal crop management.
Among the main innovations introduced by Maschio Gaspardo technicians is the drop floor, which allows the machine to be quickly opened in the event of blockages, facilitating product removal and ensuring greater operational continuity. Automatic lubrication and greasing keep the machine efficient and reduce maintenance operations to a minimum. Wrapping is handled by one of the fastest systems in its category, consisting of a 3-motorized roller platform and double satellite wrapper with automatic film cutter and film breakage control sensor. The system allows for smooth and constant rotation to wrap 110x100 cm bales with varying degrees of humidity, protecting the product and preserving its nutritional value. All functions — from pick-up to working pressure, from tying to the wrapping cycle — are managed directly from the ISOBUS monitor positioned in the tractor cab, with the possibility of operating in automatic mode. This way, the operator maintains control of the machine, while the system sets the harvesting cycle based on the conditions of the soil. An optional new humidity sensor allows for precise and continuous measurement of hay moisture, ensuring healthier and better preserved bales.
