Stainless steel drawer frame for new Lamola digger-in

October - November 2014 | Back

The new Lamola machine makes it possible to bury into the soil all types of fertilizer accurately, humid or dry, not suitable for volume distribution thanks to a stainless steel drawer frame. The stainless steel drawers are designed to deliver chemical fertilizer, organic, mineral and uniform in a localized way. This is the great strong point of the Manure speaders with digger-in manufactured by Lamola, near Foggia, especially suited for operations in vineyards and orchards. Following a preview of the machine at Agrilevante 2013 it will be presented to the general public at the upcoming EIMA International. The effective and precise implement ensures the uniform distribution of the product through an auger which stirs the fertilizer in the tank ahead of the drop. Agitation of the product is achieved by the work of two wheels transmitted to the tank through a chain transmission system. A note issued by the company in Torremaggiore explained that the fertilizer is given a targeted spread on the ground in the quantity selected by the operator. The teeth of the machine break up  and pulverize the soil to depth, even on dry and compacted ground, to guarantee sufficient aeration and bury the product to depths of 20 to 30 cm. Included as standard equipment are a number of tools, including teeth which can be regulated for height and depth, small wheels available in rubber or steel for adjusting depth, a loading platform and electric plant. Equally full is the catalogue of optional equipment ranging from a roll cage, packer roller, smooth roller, harrow spring-flex and stainless steel drawer for geo-pesticides and insecticides.
