The Puglia manufacturer Lamola Costruzioni Meccaniche in Torremaggiore in the Foggia Province, specializing in soil preparation machinery, has brought to market a weeder designed to adapt to any inter-row cultivation and guarantee the best precision operations possible. The new weeder enables the operator to maintain total control over all operations and shift the machine thanks to the unique construction design of precision ball bearings activated, the parallelogram, gauge wheels and discs. The Lamola weeder is outstanding also due not only to the quality of performance but also for the procedure which facilitates quick changes of the working component, the discs, blades, hiller, steel wheels, rubber and rubber flex for substantial reductions in time and management and maintenance costs. The model marketed is a standard 6 row version with 7 elements but, according to the requirements of the end-user, can be customized as versions for operations in 2 up to 12 rows. To further enhance the versatility of the machine, Lamola is planning a combined version with a fertilizer spreader with two stainless steel drawers with a hopper capacity of 115 liters and a folding frame for road transport. Offered for operating the drawers there can be a selection among three types of drive, electric, hydraulic or PTO wheel rotation.
