Vredestein tyres for Liebherr loaders

The Swiss Liebherr Group, one of the leading international players in the earth-moving sector, has signed a contract with India's Apollo Tyres to supply Vredestein-branded tyres. Under this agreement, Liebherr's L 504, L 506 and L 508 loaders can alternatively be equipped with Endurion or Flotation Trac tyres, while only Flotation Trac tyres are provided for the L 509 Tele model. The Endurion tyre has been designed by Vredestein engineers to work on demanding terrain, particularly hard ground, because - reads a note from Apollo Tyres - its strong carcass and robust tread optimize radial and lateral stability. The Flotation Trac, on the other hand, stands out for its top-level performance. The non-parallel transverse blocks - continues the note from the Indian manufacturer - offer continuous traction even in the most demanding working conditions, while the rubber-reinforced central section, arranged in the direction of travel, improves both driving stability and resistance to wear. To increase the longevity of this model contributes, in addition to the already mentioned central section, also the robust structure of the heel. The partnership between Liebherr and Apollo Tyres kicks off in these very weeks with the marketing of the first wheel loaders bearing the Vredestein label.
