Emak of Bagnolo in Piano (in the province of Reggio Emilia), manufacturer and distributor of machines, components and accessories for gardening, forestry and agriculture under the brands Efco, Oleo-Mac, Bertolini and Nibbi, has enriched its extensive catalogue with two new types of chainsaw, the Oleo-Mac GSTH 240 and the Efco MTTH 2400.

Both equipped with a special 1/4" x .043" bar - pointed with a carving-type spool, which reduces the kickback effect and offers optimal cutting precision - allow you to carry out detailed work, from pruning plants to creating works carved in wood.

The carburetion stability of the chainsaws allows the devices to be used, according to the needs of the various work phases, even in an inclined or inverted position.

Other features of the two new models, designed for greater operating comfort, are the Easy On facilitated starting for a kick-off-free engine start, the side chain tensioner for rapid interventions on chain tension to remain operational in any working situation and the on/off switch that thanks to the AlwaysOn device, makes the chainsaw turn off easily and has an automatic return.

And again, for the health of operators, the equipment is equipped with an anti-vibration system that relies on three rubber shock absorbers to reduce strain from vibration on the operator's muscles. This allows the operator to work for extended periods without compromising their well-being.

In terms of fuel consumption, the two new chainsaw models are equipped with an adjustable aluminium oil pump, whose zero flow rate at idle means that the flow rate of the lubricant can be adjusted according to different uses based, for example, on the type of wood or oil, with a lower fuel demand.
