The new T Major series of tractors by Antonio Carraro is coming up for a great launch at the 2015 edition of Agrilevante with the debut of three models. The Tn Major is a heavy compact built especially for Mediterranean agriculture, as are all the tractors in the series. The Tn Major is mounted on the ACTIO™ full chassis over all four wheels with a low center of gravity and power steering. The tractor is equipped with a synchronized 24 speed gear box, 12 forward and 12 reverse with inverter and an independent PTO, ideal for maintaining the same forward and reverse speed and stopping without disengaging the PTO. Among the other strong points of these Antonio Carraro specialist compacts are the roomy and comfortable drivers seat, the new hood which opens vertically and a separate compartment for the battery and air filter designed to facilitate maintenance operations. The two new versions planned by the Padua-based manufacturer are the Tn Major 5800, powered by a 50 hp 4 cylinder Yanmar engine, and the Tn 6400, which mounts a 56 hp 3 cylinder Turbo VM power plant.

The Tc F Major is a multi-purpose compact tractor built for work on flat terrain as well as on steep slopes and rugged ground for cultivations in hilly and mountainous areas where traction and maneuverability are required. Among the winning features of the Tc F Major are the drivers seat designed for comfort and very versatile hydraulics suitable for all operations. As for the Tn Major, Antonio Carraro’s Tc F Majors, the 5800 version is powered by the 50 hp Yanmar engine and the 6400 version mounts the 56 hp VM.

The Sn V Major in the series is an articulated isodiametric, four equal wheel, model with excellent ergonomics, reliability and versatility accompanied by top level performance, maximum safety in operations and especially attractive livery. The Sn V Major displays an aggressive design in the form of harmonious lines, wrap around fenders and flat lateral bodywork and ensures great agility, with an especially tight turning radius. The Sn V Major will be marketed in the Sn 5800 models, with the 50 hp 4 cylinder Yanmar engine, and the Sn 6400 version equipped with the 56 hp 3 cylinder Turbo Vm.
