Alpego is coming to Agritechnica with a wide range of new products. Here is a detailed look at some of the main ones.

The Airboost pressurized hopper. Designed to optimize sowing and fertilization, this hopper offers a large load capacity – up to 3,200 liters – and is able to distribute different types of products simultaneously. The pressurized distribution system ensures the utmost precision even on large working widths and at high speeds, while the Avion stainless steel dosers can work from 1.5 to 500 kg/ha, distributing from 1 to 3 different types of product simultaneously, both mixed and separate. The Airboost model is available in 2,400 and 3,200 liter versions with modular internal volume, and can be combined with multiple equipment.

The Tyson folding milling machine. This is a machine designed for high-power tractors (up to 430 Hp), and is now also available in a width of 7.2 meters. The operational heart of the Tyson model is the double central gear transmission, which provides optimal power distribution. The six-blade rotor, reinforced with a counter flange, ensures superior strength and durability. The milling machine is equipped with an S-shaped curved hood with shock absorbers and a centralized crank for simplified adjustment. The automatic hydraulic opening of the safety hooks and the lateral universal joints with torque limiter – claims Alpego in a technical note – make it a safe and high-performance solution.

The folding tiller can be configured with seeding and tillage combinations and it will soon be possible to configure it with the new kit trunk boxes (with 75/90/150/180 centimeter inter-rows).

The Fertilizer kit for fixed mechanical subsoilers. This is a localized fertilization technology designed to ensure maximum precision in the supply of nutrients to the field, performing fertilization and soil cultivation operations in a single operation. The actual distribution on the ground is managed by the localized distribution kit positioned at the rear of each subsoiler anchor. This way the fertilizer is applied at the pre-established depth of the soil profile. The combination of deep cultivation and basic soil fertilization thus creates a favorable environment for root growth, improving the accessibility of nutrients. The distribution kit also features an anchor rotation system, a safety feature that prevents damage to the main mechanism should the safety screw break.

Free Seed. Available for fixed and folding combined machines, the FREE-SEED system for scatter seeding is made up of elements fixed directly to the seeding bar. This configuration, especially suitable for  cover crops and for autumn-winter cereals, allows you to avoid the use of the traditional seeding bar, providing significant reductions in weight, costs and maintenance. Depending on the working width, Free-Seed can be equipped with a centralized head or with two lateral distribution heads (ASD and ASD-PRO models), and with a rear seed covering comb fixed directly onto the roller.

The DTEK CS and DTEK PLUS CS. Alpego first introduced the DTEK folding power harrow at Agritechnica 2023. Now, the range is enriched with two new versions – the DTEK CS and DTEK PLUS CS – which are characterized by the adoption of the central gearbox with the patented CS cooling system. This upgrade makes the new DTEK CS and DTEK PLUS CS harrows even safer and allows for longer maintenance intervals.

The Duo Rubber seeding bar. The new Duo Rubber features a double seeding disc with a diameter of 340 mm, a sharp profile and double internal scraper, and a roller on a parallelogram, which allows the bar to remain parallel to the ground as the load varies. Alpego's Duo Rubber is also distinctive for its high clearance between the two rows (35 cm) and is equipped with a 320 mm depth wheel (maintains the depth set by the operator constant). The single seed covering comb, positioned on each furrower, is able to adapt its movement to the morphology of the soil.

The IG INVERSA milling machine. The range has been expanded to include three new models, available in widths of 160, 180 and 205 cm, each offered with the double central gear transmission. This technology  optimizes power distribution by keeping it constant. The rotor is equipped with six reverse-rotating helical blades and is further reinforced by a counter-flange to improve resistance and long-lasting durability.
