Seppi M.'s H7 mulcher head performance
Seppi M. has just placed its new H7 mulcher head on the market. Designed by technicians at the company based in Mezzolombardo in the province of Trento for vegetation maintenance on slopes and embankments, the machine can handle shrubs up to 7 cm in diameter and can be paired with excavators ranging from 5 to 15 tons. The model comes in working widths from 125 to 200 centimeters. Its cutting system is comprised of a Helix rotor with self-sharpening SMO hammers arranged in a spiral on the shaft, which provide clean and uniform mulching of the vegetation. Counter Cutters made of forged steel and replaceable Wear Plates inside the crankcase extend the life cycle of the head over time, even with intensive use. The machine adapts to any type of terrain, following its profile by means of a height-adjustable support roller. The H7 is equipped with a parallelogram-guided float and pendulum adapter that allow it to adapt optimally to both the vehicle and the ground, while its 190-degree rotation plate improves maneuverability around obstacles. Its transmission has been designed to meet the power demands of excavators and has an engine with Vario Flow technology that ensures stable performance by adapting to the available flow rate.
