ADR suspensions: strong and reliable

ADR's portfolio now includes two new suspensions. To meet the needs of those who require trailers and transport vehicles that are stable and resistant even under heavy loads and in difficult conditions, the company from Uboldo (Varese) has developed Hydro Advanced, a high-performance hydraulic suspension. ADR lists the various advantages that this new proposal includes: Stability at full load, thanks to automatic compensation and wide vertical travel, greater ride comfort, with reduced vibrations and less wear on components, adaptability to different applications with customizable configurations, both on new and retrofitted vehicles. And there is more. High load capacity - up to 15,000 kg per axle - robustness and durability, with cylinders and components designed to withstand heavy stress and wheel alignment facilitated by a system that reduces tire wear and optimizes installation.

The 13 T Pneumatic. There is also news on the air suspension front where ADR has developed RideMatic, equipment capable of supporting up to 13 tons of load. ADR points out that, unlike what happens with a traditional suspension where every impact is transmitted to the chassis and cabin, with RideMatic the vehicle height adjusts automatically, vibrations are cushioned and the load remains stable. Air is at the heart of this technology: an intelligent system that keeps the vehicle aligned, regardless of the weight it is carrying. Whether empty or fully loaded, RideMatic always ensures the same balance, and also improves braking and road holding. It's as if the vehicle adapts itself, anticipating the operator's needs. With up to 13 tons load capacity, RideMatic brings new technology to the agricultural world: "It is a suspension - in the words of ADR - that doesn't just "support the weight", but accompanies work, day after day, with the same strength and reliability as those who use it".

The Drive Axle Innovation. The latest ADR innovations in the Agritechnica sector are rounded off by a proposal that is also having an impact on the agricultural sector: drive axles. These include a hydraulic motor built directly onto the wheel axle, providing additional traction independent of the tractor. This allows trailers and agricultural equipment to move even on muddy, sandy or sloping terrain, limiting slippage and ensuring greater vehicle stability. ADR drive axles are the result of collaboration with leading companies in the sector such as the Finnish company, Black Bruin. They reduce tractor strain, prevent vehicle downtime even in the most extreme situations, and provide operational savings and less soil compaction. The extra traction also allows you to combine multiple operations in a single pass. ADR makes the drive axles available directly, by integrating them into the various other solutions already offered by the Lombardy-based company.
