Advanced solutions for New Holland Roll-Belt
New Holland is expanding its range of variable chamber round balers with the introduction of the new Roll-Belt 180 PLUS and 150 PLUS, which produce bales of 1.8 and 1.5 meters in diameter, respectively. The models are equipped with ISOBUS as standard, which allows the use of additional features compared to previous models, such as Tractor-Baler Automation which reduces operator fatigue and increases productivity by automating the Stop-Wrap-Eject-Start functions. The ISOBUS system also allows direct connection to the tractor or to New Holland monitoring options such as IntelliView IV Plus, which replaces the previous keypad-based interface with a modern color touchscreen. The display offers a more intuitive experience with quicker access to key functions and real-time vehicle performance data. Also available as an option is the IntelliView 12 monitor with advanced multi-touch functionality, faster response times and integration with the New Holland FieldsOps platform. With this option, both operators in the cab and in the office can remotely track the position of the baler and access data relating to individual bales. Two telematic options are available: a basic one that allows access to baler data via the FieldsOps mobile app or website, and an advanced one that provides additional access to agronomic data and field maps over the same platforms. New Holland engineers have introduced a new roller design to the Roll-Belt Plus round balers, featuring seamless construction and 3.5 times thicker steel than previous models, improving wear resistance. Additionally, the Plus series is equipped with triple-lip seal bearings that protect components from contaminants. The high-strength chains are also new and come as standard on all models, both in the versions with cutting unit and with feeding rotor.
