A spacious and comfortable work environment in the tractor cab is ensured thanks to the Tractor Management Center and the One Touch headland management which allows the operation to maintain total control close to hand and enjoy 360° vision of the work area. With Opti-Ride Suspension the tracks can be lifted independently for smooth effortless drive on the most uneven terrain. Moreover, the Agco Power engine equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) turns out great power while lowering fuel consumption by as much as 5%, according to the manufacturer, while lengthening maintenance intervals. Along with these leading features of the Challenger MT700E track tractor series is the Cooled Exhaust Gas Recirculation (CEGR) system which reduces the production of NOx inside the engine by lowering the combustion temperature with electronic control to fully comply with the upcoming Stage IV norm. And then there is the Mobil-Trac device developed for the Challengers to guarantee maximum traction with minimum compaction with tracks 2.4 meters long.

During the demonstration trials on the Casalina di Deruta field also featured was the work of the transmission with speed reducer tailored for track and the Intellitronics Network used by the operator for automatically shifting gears to maintain ground speed and save fuel.

The MT700E is also noteworthy for the unique design of the oil tank located to ensure steady oil pressure for the maintenance of the advanced system circuits equipped with load sensors.
