Faresin Industries ranges up front in Paris

Faresin Industries is arriving at the Sima exposition with a host of new product features. Among the most outstanding is the 6.26 Small Range of redesigned telescopic handlers now providing lift capacity of 2.6 tons, 100 kilograms greater compared to the previsions 2.5 ton models, with an updated frame, engine and cab. The Vicenza manufacturer's stand will also showcase the new Precision Feed Mix (PFM) system and the Power Blade for the new Magnum PF mixer wagon

Faresin Industries is opening in Paris with the 6.26 Small Range of redesigned telescopic handlers now providing lift capacity of 2.6 tons, 100 kilograms greater compared to the previsions 2.5 ton models. The innovations brought in by the manufacturer in Vicenza in the Veneto Region start with the frame, with a wheelbase reduced by 25 mm to enable shortening the overall length of the machine, including the lift, by 300 mm, and a tighter turn radius to increase agility and maneuverability for 6.26 operations in limited spaces. Also new are the engine, a 70 Hp Phase 4 Yanmar with liquid cooling system, the cab, now the new totally redesigned Queen Cab with 20% more non-reflecting visibility and greater comfort for the operator and a bucket mode introduced to the 6.26 for top-flight performance when working with bins.

The manufacturer in Vicenza, aside from their telescopic handlers, is presenting their Precision Feed Mix system based on the principles of Precision Feeding technology to guarantee the best possible results in terms of quality and yield. PFM, backed by the Faresin cross-engineering philosophy, combines the use of a mixer wagon and a telescopic handler — or a self-propelled wagon that can be used for both loading and mixing — with the PoliSPECNIR™, manufactured by the sister company IT Photonics, which monitors the entire cattle feed chain in real time, to guarantee the dispensing of a precise and homogeneous ration.

Also coming up on view at  Sima by Faresin is an integrated solution for livestock raising with great technological content.

The milling cutter. The milling cutter is an option for equipping self-propelled mixer wagons designed to meet the need for sharp precision cutting of long fibers. The cutter guarantees excellent cutting, reducing time needed for the operation as well as fuel consumption. The cutter provides three various modes for operations, loading, partial mill cutting and complete mill cutting, clockwise and counterclockwise rotation and is fitted with two counter blade series, 16 knives up front and 32 blades in back.

Power Blade. The Power Blade made of wear resistant durostat® steels can be installed at the base of the auger on all mixer wagons with vertical augers, except the Twinner model, and the stationary, trailed and self-powered machines but not on the standard auger unless it is replaced. The blade is designed to lengthen the life of this important component and ensure better chopping of the feed. Thanks to a registration system the blade can be relocated successively.

Magnum PF. The Magnum PF is Faresin Industries’ new trailed mixer wagon which comes equipped with the Power Blade and a box built in various thicknesses according to their locations and functions with a design aimed at prolonging its life cycle and optimizing fuel consumption and lower maintenance costs. Moreover, the box geometry of this Magnum PF box guarantees the best results in terms of mixing and homogeneity of the ration with the minimum work effort.
