Faresin, innovation at the service of productivity

Among the protagonists of EIMA 2021 is one of Italy's most active and dynamic businesses, a company that has become an international player in the mixer wagon and telehandler sectors. We are talking about Faresin Industries, a company that took its first steps in 1973 in Breganze (Vicenza), soon becoming a reference point for the local and national production network.

Headed by president Sante Faresin with his daughters Silvia and Giulia, Faresin Industries has been able to establish itself thanks to a business strategy that has always rewarded manufacturing excellence and the development of smart technologies. Technologies designed, tested and manufactured in the Breganze plant with the aim of constantly raising the bar of performance and offering cutting-edge construction solutions. Thanks to the innovations created by the Vicenza-based manufacturer, Faresin mixer wagons and telescopic handlers have succeeded in establishing themselves on the global market of agricultural machinery, contributing not only to improving the well-being of animals on farms, but also to optimizing the cycles and workloads of operators.

"Our mixer wagons are in great demand on the market because they make it possible to obtain a uniform, high-quality mixture. An optimum quality unifeed," explains the owner of the company, Sante Faresin, "improves the results of the livestock farm and the productivity of the animals because it improves the ingestion and digestibility of the rations, so as well as reducing the use of antibiotics and improving the sustainability of the farms, it also increases productivity".

Faresin mixer wagons are equipped with the poliSPEC NIR analysis system directly on the tank to measure the nutritional content and homogeneity of the mixture. The poliSPEC NIR instrument, produced by ITPhotonics, can also be detached from the wagon and used independently in the barn, not only to check the quality of the mixture, but also to check the selection index and to analyse the manure.

Highly innovative construction solutions also characterise Faresin's other leading range, the telescopic handlers, in which the Full Electric 6.26 stands out. It is a 100% electric model (to which Mondo Macchina of March 2020 dedicated an extensive special) equipped with two motors powered by lithium batteries with sufficient capacity for an entire day's work.  The Faresin Full Electric has been on the market for three years, making a name for itself for its agility of manoeuvre and low noise (just 64.4 dBA). These are features that make the 6.26 particularly suitable for working in closed areas where it is essential to keep noise levels and polluting emissions to a minimum. The Full Electric 6.26 telescopic handler is therefore ideal for use in stables, poultry farms, greenhouses, cold stores, food laboratories and - more generally - on farms with low environmental impact certification.
