Poly Super Plus, by Ideal agile and durable

It’s called Poly Super Plus, and it’s the new sprayer developed by Ideal (headquarters in Castelbaldo, in the province of Padua), a company specializing in the manufacture of applications for crop protection such as atomizers, sprayers, weeders, cannons and dusters. Designed to perform herbicidal or phytoiatric treatments in the open field on medium-large expanses, Poly Super Plus is an agile and durable pulveriser, available either towed or carried. On towed models, with capacities of 2500, 3000 and 4000 litres, the Padua brand used hot-dip galvanized X-shaped hydraulic bars (with sizes from 12 to 18 metres), equipped with two or six cylinders (two of which are active and four are sequential) and mounted on parallelogram hydraulic lifting.

There are also bars available from 15 to 28 metres (also mounted on hydraulic lifting), powder coated and equipped with 4 or 6 cylinders. The latter includes a side-closure system and a hydraulic compensator; on request, an air-assisted kit can be applied to improve performance in the horticultural field. The Poly Super Plus carried version has capacities of 800, 1,000 or 1,200 litres, and in this case too it is offered with two different types of hydraulic bars. The operator can choose between an X-shaped closure (the length varies from 12 to 18 metres) with two or six pistons, hot-dip galvanized, and hydraulic lift (800 mm run); and those with side closure with four pistons (length from 15 to 21 metres), powder coated and equipped with hydraulic compensator.
