Trelleborg agricultural tires, designed to last

Trelleborg Tires presented itself at Agritechnica with all the valuable pieces from its tire "collection". Below are the most innovative ones.

HF1000. It is a model specially designed by Trelleborg for the latest generation agricultural equipment and is suitable - in particular - for machines with high load capacity, such as trailers used for transporting forage and tankers. The great strong point of the HF1000 model is the special tread design which stands out not only for its large footprint on the ground and its ability to self-clean effectively, but also for reduced soil compaction. The VF carcass and steel structure give the HF1000 long-lasting characteristics and are a guarantee of high performance in the field and on the road.

MPT100. Intended for off-road trucks, this tire ensures high performance with typical municipal jobs and transport operations. MPT100 guarantees optimal stability and greater resistance to wear, while the flat crown of the tread reduces soil compaction. The Trelleborg tire is also appreciated for its self-cleaning characteristics thanks to the design of its inter-lug terraces which allow mud to be expelled and prevent clogging of the tread.

TM1000. It is a tire that meets the needs of greater productivity and minimal soil compaction. Made for the most advanced machinery, TM1000 is characterized by maneuverability, load capacity, self-cleaning but also traction. The ProgressiveTraction tread technology reduces soil stress thanks to superior flotation and its extra-wide footprint which, as mentioned, improves traction. In road operations, the TM1000, appreciated for its driving comfort, allows consumption to be limited and, therefore, emissions to be reduced.

TW. At Agritechnica, Trelleborg Tires also launched the innovative TW rim for tractors, combines and harvesting machines. The great strong point of this rim is its design, which is intended to facilitate installation and to optimize low pressure tire inflation.
