Tyres: richer the Bridgestone range

At the Bologna event, the Bridgestone range is expanded with the launch of the new VX-TRACTOR. “The Bridgestone range of premium VX-TRACTOR tyres is designed to achieve excellent performance both on soil and on the road, with high load capacity, standing out for traction and guaranteeing durability and strength. Available as of September 2018 in different sizes, the new VX-TRACTOR was built at the Bridgestone European Centre for Research & Development in Rome and is produced at the Puente San Miguel plant in Spain”, explains Paolo Maggiulli, Manager, Product & Fleet Solution Commercial Bridgestone Europe - South Region.

While waiting for the Japanese multinational (headquartered in Tokyo) to unveil the characteristics of this latest arrival, the spotlight is on the traditional bestsellers of the Bridgestone range. First of all, VT-TRACTOR is a tyre for high-end agricultural uses, designed for farms that need advanced technology for heavy duty activities. Designed to combine productivity, efficiency and reduced soil compaction, the VT-TRACTOR, thanks to the VF technology, is prized for its traction and reduced fuel consumption. Also highlighted, we find the VT-COMBINE tyre, which, designed to perform cyclical activities in the field, offers a high load bonus thanks to the Improved Flexion (IF) system. The VT-COMBINE model stands out not only for traction - optimized by the design of the bars - but for the tread footprint (wider), the extended life cycle, the comfort and the reduced soil compaction. These features make VT-COMBINE an ideal working tool because it helps to increase productivity by protecting the soil.
