Honda completes its range of mounted brushcutters with an even more robust multifunctional model. We are talking about the UMK450, which is available with a vigorous 4-stroke 50 CC petrol engine designed to offer top level performance even in the most difficult conditions. The new brushcutter by the Japanese manufacturer thus expands a range that is already prized for its characteristics of power and reliability (the petrol engines, all 4-stroke, offer high torques already at low revs). It also offers great manoeuvring agility, which allows Honda models, including the top-of-the-range UMK450, to work with different types of foliage. Honda offers different types of configuration on its latest creation (for example, with straight rod and ring handle or with the ergonomic bike-type handle) and a professional version (UMK450 XE) equipped with a built-in anti-vibration system. Like all the other models in this series, UMK450 also offers the option of quickly and easily replacing the cutting head with blade or disc tools, depending on the different situations (often problematic) that the operator may face. Performance, manoeuvring agility and versatility, however, are not the only strengths of the Honda brushcutter. Indeed, the UMK450 model also offers the user high levels of comfort thanks to an ergonomic harness, which - assures the manufacturer - reduces fatigue to a minimum, even after many hours of work. Lastly, among the pluses of the latest addition to the Honda range, we should mention the very low fuel consumption which benefits management costs as well as operating range.
