Pneumatic and electromechanical olive harvesters, motor-compressors, pneumatic and electronic secators: Campagnola of Zola Predosa (Bologna) presented all the highlights of its collection at the 50th edition of Agriumbria, held in Bastia Umbra from April 6 to 8. As explained by the Bologna company specialized in the production of machines for harvesting olives and for pruning, this range gives centre stage to the Tuono model. It is a pneumatic olive harvester whose versatility is its main strength, as it is able to work with all types of cultivars, regardless of the ripeness of the olives. On the opposite side, based on electromechanical technologies, the spotlight is on Bastia Umbra, on the Alice Top olive harvester, which features an opposing elliptical movement and a large harvesting capacity. In the field of secators, we note the Victory and Star 40 models with carbon fibre bodies, and the Cobra Pro electronic secators. Designed for pruning vines, fruit plants and ornamental plants, the Cobra Pro - explains a technical note of the company from Emilia - is a precise and easy-to-handle tool. Furthermore, at the Bastia Umbra event Campagnola was also present with the Arrizza brand, of which the Bologna-based company is the exclusive distributor for Italy and abroad. “A very positive partnership - we also read in the technical note from the company - that is allowing us to be present in the market of inter-row weeding technologies with environmentally friendly applications that do not use chemicals”. According to Campagnola, this is a very promising sector, which in the next few years will see increased demand from wine growers and producers.
