The Ma.Tra. 250 model is certain to be one of the most welcomed mower at the Paris Agribusiness Show. This self-propelled with a front cutting deck model is designed designed for cutting and collecting grass of gardens, both public and private, sports facilities and for all municipal gardening works. The manufacturer of this greens maintenance machine explained that the Ma.Tra. meets all professional equipment requirements for mulching the cuttings and a blade for snow clearance. The mower features excellent handling and maneuverability thanks to a short wheelbase and the hydraulic control of the rear wheels. Permanent 4WD and an automatic differential lock ensure the mower’s stability even on steep slopes and slippery surfaces for high performance in all conditions of use. The Yanmar 29.4 Hp diesel engine is coupled with a continuously variable hydrostatic transmission single speed of 0 to 15 km/h. The front cutting deck desk, 132 cm, wide, is fitted with a pair of counter-rotating blades with anti-shock pivots are their extremities for cutting heights which can be continuously regulated from 20 to 110 mm. Another plus for the BCS mower is a grass collector with a capacity of 950 liters. The hydraulic tilting at a height of 200 cm and the 30 cm rear overhang allow to optimise the grass discharge onto the supporting vehicle container. When the grass collector is full, the lawn mower blades and the load accelerator both stop automatically. A mobile deflector inside the collector makes certain that it is fully and uniformly filled.

RollerBlade, a single-rotor heavy duty mower

The mobile blades RollerBlade fits into the single-rotor category and is available with widths of 75 to 90 cm. This mower is ideal for demanding heavy duty operations on uncultivated areas in woods and rustic parks as well as sloping terrain. The RollerBlade is equipped with a transmission with gears in oil bath, and a solid steel structure which ensures durability over time and the cutting single-rotor is mounted on bearings that can easily withstand even the toughest stresses. The ‘Y’ blades pulverize brambles, shrubs, weeds, vines, and deposit them in a uniform manner over the entire cutting width. Optionally, it is possible to assemble lawn mower blades so as to use the RollerBlade as a regular lawn mower. The operator can adjust the rear anti-scalp roller for the cutting height while the wide front opening with movable steel protects and facilitates the flow of the material to be shredded.

Super professional cutter bars by BCS

The Dual Laser Elasto cutter bars were developed on the Laser line bars for power mowers and cultivators and strongly professional operations. These cutter bars featire double alternate movement (double reciprocating), with the blade and the teeth array moving counter to each other, equipped with Laser tooth and self-adjusting blade-holders. They are available with a width of 210 cm. Compared to the Laser range, the Dual Laser Elasto bars maintain all the superior structural characteristics and cutting qualities of Laser bars with the advantage of total operator comfort, that is, even when winding-down after several hours of use. The level of vibrations is extremely reduced: the blade and the teeth array moving counter to each other but with different masses and runs to reduce wear and stress. Moreover, the self-adjusting blade-holders maintain constant for the life of the bar force between the blade and the teeth array, without any manual operation by the operator. The new spring-steel blade-holders with deflectors provide a further improvement for the discharge of the cut grass.
