The Ma.Tra range for professional landscaping is enhanced with the introduction on the market of model 250, a self-propelled working machine with a front plate designed for cutting and collecting grass in parks, in public and private parks, and on sports fields. This tool is recommended for all typical municipal work. Thanks to a complete range of professional equipment (such as lawnmower, flail mower, and snow plow) can be used in all seasons of the year.

The main strengths of the new Ma.Tra 250 are its agility of manoeuvre and its small turning radius, obtained as a result of the short wheelbase and the hydraulic steering that acts on the rear wheels. The Ma.Tra self-propelled machine also stands out for its stability, even on slopes and slippery terrain, made possible by the permanent four-wheel drive with differential lock. As for the power system, the manufacturer’s choice fell on a 29.4 Hp engine and a continuously variable hydrostatic transmission with a speed range from 0 to 15 kilometres per hour.

The Ma.Tra 250 is also fitted with a front mower (the cut width is 132 centimetres) equipped with two counter-rotating blades with shockproof pivoting ends, while the cut height can be adjusted by the operator in a “continuous” manner from 20 to 110 millimetres. Finally, the bagger has a total capacity equal to some 950 litres and is operated by a hydraulic lifting and tipping devices at a height of 2 m, with a motorized deflector that ensures its complete and uniform filling.
