For the Mascar company, the EIMA Digital Preview is an opportunity to officially present two new front hoppers. These are the TF1100 and TF1600, electronically managed models with GPS system, designed for both contractors and farms. Easy to configure, with precise distribution, the two hoppers can be used as fertilizer spreaders for precision seed drills (with 6, 8 or 12 outlets), and also as seed tanks for in-line seeders for a working width of up to 6 metres. The 1,100 (TF1100) and 1.600 litre (TF1600) tanks, equipped with filtering grids, have walls with an inclination that favours the regular fall of the product, while the absence of welds makes the outflow of seeds or fertilizer even smoother. Equipped with a stain lesssteel rotary shaker (which gives uniformity to dosages and spreading) and with a platform that makes emptying and cleaning even quicker, the latest products from Mascar are also prized for their compact size (just 229 cm overall dimensions) that optimize the view from the tractor's driving seat. Moving on to the distribution system, on these models the manufacturer has provided a four-section volumetric device that improves fertilizer delivery because each section is dedicated to a specific sowing area. The standard equipment of the TF1100 and TF1600 includes the M630 control monitor, which allows the distribution and adjustment of product doses with integrated Prestart and Prestop functions (the ISOBUS communication system is optional); a standard hydraulic turbine (but also a turbine with independent oil tank); retractable support feet; signalling and lighting devices, as well as test kits for dosage.
