The CBM Group lands in China

The CBM Group, through its subsidiary MITA Oleodinamica Spa of Tregnago (Verona), acquired 55% of Jingshan Company Co. Ltd, a Luoyang Chinese company specialized in the production of hydraulic components for agricultural tractors. The new entrepreneurial player will soon be operating under the brand name “MITA Hydraulics China Pvt Ltd” (the green light of local authorities is expected soon), while the coordination of activities and strategic planning will be carried out by the headquarters in Italy. In short, in the projects of the Modenese group, the joint venture is destined to become a strategic point for its future expansion in China. A true bridgehead. The production activity of “MITA Hydraulics China Pvt Ltd”, which covers a total surface area of ​​45 thousand square metres (13 thousand of which indoors), will initially be focused on hydraulic distributors, directional valves and hydraulic cylinders, and will then also extend to hydraulic and electronic lifts. The acquisition of the Jingshan Company confirms the CBM Group’s aim is to become an increasingly global player. The Emilian brand is present in Poland (CBM Polska in Lublin) and in India with two production units, the first near Delhi, the second one opened last April in Dewas in the State of Madhya Pradesh. This further expansion into China, the Group explains with a press release, is aimed at strengthening the company’s competitiveness and to improve, through streamlining, the production activity of the two Italian plants in Modena and Verona.
