Valentini stone crushers for harsh environments
At the Valentini stand at Agritechnica, the spotlight will be on the restyled Sirio stone crusher, designed to be paired with high-capacity hydraulic flow skid loaders. The Valentini stone crusher is thus capable of operating in difficult-to-access places, such as cycle paths, mountain trails and roads with limited traffic. Its solid and easy-to-handle structure allows it to crush small and medium-sized stones, while its robust Hardox steel casing allows it to operate even in demanding environments. The internal counterblade precisely doses the material input, while the hydraulically adjustable rear wrap-around grill shreds the material even more finely. The new stone crusher's key features include a high-performance hydraulic motor, a Valentini-designed gear transmission, and a suite of features that ensure reliability and operational safety. The Majus cutter will also be on display at the Valentini stand. Extremely robust, the machine has been designed to tackle the most demanding jobs on compact and difficult terrain. The new version is equipped with an adjustable floating hood (which, when raised, cleans itself, preventing the build-up of material), which allows for work on damp terrain and during the winter season. Furthermore, by varying the distance of the hood from the rotor it is possible to modulate the fineness of the tillage: the closer it is to the rotor, the finer the tilled soil will be. Argo, on the other hand, is a forestry mulcher, available with working widths of 2.30, 2.50, 3.00 and 3.50 meters, which can be coupled to tractors from 220 to 350 horsepower and is equipped with a three-point hitch. The rotor, with a diameter of 500 millimeters, has high-strength tools with wear-resistant steel tips for precise and long-lasting crushing. The “Valentini 3G” double lateral transmission with gears in an oil bath is associated with supports with “Labyrinth Bearing Protection” seals, which can also withstand high and prolonged loads. The equipment is rounded out by the high-strength steel rear hood which protects the structural integrity of the machine.
