Antonio Carraro unwrapped the new Mark 2, a steering reversible two-track tractor with rear rubber tracks and 20-inch front tires, at the Enovitis in the Field 2015 staged in Sicily, in Baglio Biesina – Marsala, to flank the Mark 4. The new specialist model is designed for operations in row crops on steep slopes where the requirements are grip,  continuous traction, positive stability and safety along with minimum compaction of the soil. The exclusive stability of these rubber tracked tractors is ensured by the rigid ACTIO™ chassis built for easy, simple and safe handling in demanding maneuvers even on steep slopes and counter slopes. The new Mark 2 is only 1440 mm wide, weighs in at 2915 kg and is equipped with an 87 Hp Yanmar engine for speeds of up to 35 km/hr powering the independent tracks while minimizing ground clearance differences plus a low center of gravity to offer all the advantages of a traditional tracked tractor without the limitations of rigidity in maneuvers, speed and lack of type-approval for road travel. The Mark 2 tracks, rubber rather than steel, floating evenly on the ground and the optimum balance of the machine avoid soil compaction and the reversible drive and front wheels mean the tractor can be used for a wide range of operations with front-mounted or trailed implements. Among the many options available is the StarLight cab and, as for the entire Antonio Carraro range, an extension of the guarantee (EXG) up to four years. The manufacturer also brought the TGF 9900, in the Series Ergit 100, to Enovitis in the Field. This super-low profile specialized tractor, powered by an 89 hp Kubota 4 cylinder turbo engine, is fitted with four unequal wheels. The front wheels, smaller than those on the rear, increase maneuverability for agile work in narrow spaces and extremely tight turns between rows to make the TGF 9900 ideal for operations in Ypsilon trained fruit orchards, canopy vineyards and greenhouses. In the same Series Ergit 100 is the flagship TRG 10900 model rated at 98 hp also equipped with the new Kubota engine. This TRG 10900 is a reversible tractor with unequal wheels, the most powerful in the Ergit 100 series, mounted on the ACTIO™ steering chassis. This model, extremely maneuverable with a narrow turning radius, is designed for heavy duty work also on big farm spreads. Also at work between the rows was the TRH 9800 the big reversible hydrostatic isodiametric tractor in the Antonio Carraro range designed for multiple and demanding operations. The electronically controlled hydrostatic transmission is integrated with the the 87 Hp, 3300 cc 4-valve per cylinder injection engine with electronic management. The TRH 9800 is distinguished by a fully computerized system for managing the tractor’s advance, speed of acceleration and torque.
