Performance, quality and comfort are the winning features of the IS3200Z, a zero turn lawnmower produced by the Dutch maker Ferris and marketed in Italy by Fiaba, based in Camisano Vicentino. Equipped with suspensions fitted with adjustable coilover dampers on the rear wheels, and with independent suspension (also coilover) on the front wheels, the IS3200Z lawnmower is able to operate with great ease even on the hardest and toughest terrains, on which it offers precision steering and a soft ride. The operator can therefore maintain a constant speed, without being forced to slow down on more rugged surfaces. This allows to fully exploit the machine’s power, with important benefits from the point of view of hourly yield and operating costs. In addition, the IS3200Z suspension system significantly reduces the vibration transmitted to the operator (especially the arms and hands), and therefore allows for extended use of the lawnmower. For the drive system, Ferris chose a 37 Hp 993cc VanguardTM electronic injection petrol-powered engine with Oil Guard TM system. “The electronic injection engine - explains the manufacturer in a technical note - is very beneficial because, in addition to having a more generous load capacity than engines without this device, it stands out for lower fuel consumption and greater power compared to others in the same category. The winning features of the Vanguard TM include optimized ignition procedures, including the possibility of restarting the machine cold or hot, and - most importantly - the Oil Guard system designed by Ferris to increase up to 500 hours the oil replacement intervals. Thanks to a continuous oil exchange between the engine and a dedicated tank, Oil Guard technology allows to keep the operating temperature of the engine below a certain threshold, with the result of prolonging the time span between one maintenance and another, and considerably reducing the risk of malfunctions or failures.
